Community Kickstart
2025 Grant Recipient

Congratulations to our Community Kickstart Grant recipient – Wagga Women’s Health Centre

We’re absolutely thrilled to share some truly exciting news! We’re pleased to announce that Wagga Women’s Health Centre has been chosen as the well-deserved recipient of the 2025 ISPT Community Kickstart Grant! They’ll be receiving a $10,000 grant to help them continue their incredibly important, community-enriching work.

Wagga Women’s Health Centre is an independent not-for-profit organisation, proudly supporting women’s health and well-being across the Riverina since 1979, by providing a safe and inclusive space where women can be heard, supported, and empowered.

The Community Kickstart Grant will be used to significantly strengthen their personal care pack support service and establish portable Women’s Health Hubs across Wagga Wagga. The funding will be used to purchase personal care products, creating over 180 essential packs for women in crisis. These innovative hubs will serve as visible donation stations and discreetly provide access to crucial women’s health resources, including domestic and family violence support. This initiative fosters generosity, reduces stigma, and connects vulnerable women with essential pathways to support, promoting ongoing community contribution and long-term benefits for a healthier, more connected Riverina.

A huge thank you to all the amazing community groups who applied for this grant. Your dedication to our community is truly inspiring and deeply appreciated!
