We’re upgrading our travelators
We are replacing the travelators near the food court, between Wendy’s and Peter Alexander, with brand new travelators. They will be safer, quieter and more reliable, and they are a long overdue improvement we know our customers will appreciate.
The travelator near Blooms The Chemist and Michael Hill is not affected. It stays open and running the whole time.
Works begin Monday 31 August and are expected to be complete by mid November.
The centre is open as usual for the entire time. Every retailer is trading, our hours are unchanged, and there are several easy ways to get from the car park into the centre while the upgrade is underway.
How to get around
You have three options, all of them quick.
The travelator near Blooms The Chemist and Michael Hill will be open and running as normal for the full duration of the works. For most customers this is the easiest swap.
The lifts: both of our lifts are available. One near the Morgan St entry, and one near the Forsyth St entry underneath Australia Post. Both provide step free access and both fit shopping trolleys.
The Morgan St ramp: still open, straight up from the car park.
Wayfinding signage will be in place throughout the car park to point you to the nearest entry.
What else is changing
Lucky Crow Lotto has moved. You will find them in a new pop up near Sandwich Chefs in the food court, trading as usual, until works are complete.
Community Corner is unavailable in this location. Our Community Corner sits within the works zone and will be closed for the duration.
A small number of car parking spaces will be unavailable. The works compound takes up a handful of spaces near the travelator, and one trolley bay has been temporarily removed. The rest of the car park is completely unaffected, and car park entrances stay open during trading hours.
