Pear, Pistachio & Flax Seed Bircher Muesli


  • 1 cup oats
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 grated red apple
  • 1 tbsp Pistachio
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup natural yoghurt
  • honey

  1. Combine oats and orange juice in a bowl and let sit in the fridge to soak overnight or for at least for 30 minutes. This makes the oats easier to digest.
  2. In the morning add cinnamon and grated apple and mix all together well.
  3. Top with freshly chopped pear, cranberries, coconut, yoghurt, nuts and seeds. Drizzle with a little honey or date molasses for extra sweetness and add your milk of choice.
